Planning to conduct a mock draft is always a good idea, and a much better idea is to schedule your mock draft for the same time and day of the week as your real draft. That way, your body & mind feel as though they are getting ready for the real thing.
Practice using different draft slots
Most fantasy drafts have randomized draft orders where nobody knows what pick they will get until thirty minutes or so before they are scheduled to be on the clock.
